Users
- Users are all College students, faculty, staff (including student employees), and other individuals granted access to Information Technology Resources.
- Users are responsible for the security of their passwords and accountable for any activity resulting from the use of their user IDs within a reasonable scope of their control. If a user suspects or discovers that someone else is using his or her account or knows the password, the user should change the password immediately, where possible, and notify the IT Help Desk of potential system abuse.
