Register for Self-Service Password Reset

Changing your password and recovering a forgotten password are now easier than ever. New password reset functionality is now available that will allow you to reset, unlock, or change your password without having to contact the IT Help Desk. To start, visit the Self-Service Password Reset site to register how you want to authenticate your account (e.g. phone #, email, etc.). After you register, if you ever forget your password, you can reset it again yourself. You can also select Can't access your account? on the sign-in page to reset or unlock your account from any device.
