Go through the following steps to help determine if you are connected to the Sinclair network.
Are you able to connect to App Depot? See App Depot for instructions
Yes – Proceed to step (2)
No – Go to step (4)
While connected to App Deport are you able to open the Desktops and launch a Windows 10 virtual machine?
Yes – Procced to step (3)
No – Go to step (4)
Are you able to map the network drive? See mapping drives.
Yes – Proceed to step (4)
