I am unable to access the shared drives from home, what do I do?

Overview: Access to shared drives must be done through the Citrix Workspace.  Walk through the following troubleshooting steps to assist in determining where the problem is.

Steps:

  • Go through the following steps to help determine if you are connected to the Sinclair network.
  1. Are you able to connect to App Depot? See App Depot for instructions
    • Yes – Proceed to step (2)
    • No – Go to step (4)
  2. While connected to App Deport are you able to open the Desktops and launch a Windows 10 virtual machine?
    • Yes – Procced to step (3)
    • No – Go to step (4)
  3. Are you able to map the network drive?  See mapping drives.
    • Yes – Proceed to step (4)
    • No – Go to step (4)
