The Sinclair IT Help Desk supports Sinclair-managed systems, accounts, and services. We cannot provide technical troubleshooting for external or vendor-owned applications that are not administered by Sinclair. This includes tools that employees or instructors may choose to use in their work but are not part of Sinclair’s supported technology environment.
