I would like to know more about the Mitel Mobile App

Overview:

The Mitel mobile application allows you receive and place phone calls from the mobile app, just like you do at your physical desk phone.  Phone calls from the app will show a Caller ID of your desk phone extension. Phone calls to your desk phone extension will also be sent right to the app, allowing you to receive internal Sinclair phone calls on your cell phone.

IT must issue a license to individuals before the app will work.  If you haven’t been issued a license yet, please call the help desk to request access to the Mitel Mobile App.

Features:

• Make and receive calls on your mobile phone using your Sinclair phone number
• Search the Sinclair phone directory and contacts on your phone
• Review recent and missed calls and voicemail
• Change your Availability Status from your mobile phone

Known issues:

• You can't create favorites on Mitel Connect for mobile.
• The Events feature does not provide a way to filter your calendars so if you use or subscribe to more than one calendar Events tends to display too much information.
• The app is not designed for tablets.
