Overview:
Remote workers who require access to the client version will need to submit a "Remote to my PC" service request in the Ivanti Service Catalog to access it on their office PC. Perceptive was previously available in App Depot, but had to be removed due to technical issues.
Requests for access to the perceptive system should be submitted on the Software Request form. Include the PC name on the request and indicate if there they have a scanner or not.
