How will I use Perceptive document management system remotely?

Overview:

Perceptive Content is our Document Management System. The client version of Perceptive is only used by a limited number of people. The majority of users can use the "Perceptive Experience" portlet in the portal. They will need to add it to their home tab as it is not pushed out for all users.

Here are the features of the web and client version:
