Multimedia Event Support

Multimedia Event Support is managed by the Multimedia department within the IT division. We serve both academic events and Sinclair Conference Center clients, ensuring the right audio-visual resources are ready when and where they’re needed—for classes, conferences, videoconferencing, and interactive learning.

Functions & Services

  • Audio-visual setup for Conference Center events, special events, and interactive learning classes.
  • In-person technical support for internal and external clients.
  • Troubleshooting with rapid solutions or temporary workarounds to keep events running smoothly.
  • Administration of campus videoconferencing control systems across locations.
  • Support for Adobe Connect web-conferencing (as needed).
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting of multimedia systems for the Sinclair Conference Center.

Multimedia Event Requests

To request Multimedia Event Support, submit a request in the Service Catalog:

  1. Go to selfservice.sinclair.edu
  2. Select Service Catalog
  3. Search for “Multimedia Event Support” and complete the form
