Multimedia Event Support
Multimedia Event Support is managed by the Multimedia department within the IT division. We serve both academic events and Sinclair Conference Center clients, ensuring the right audio-visual resources are ready when and where they’re needed—for classes, conferences, videoconferencing, and interactive learning.
Functions & Services
- Audio-visual setup for Conference Center events, special events, and interactive learning classes.
- In-person technical support for internal and external clients.
- Troubleshooting with rapid solutions or temporary workarounds to keep events running smoothly.
- Administration of campus videoconferencing control systems across locations.
- Support for Adobe Connect web-conferencing (as needed).
- Maintenance and troubleshooting of multimedia systems for the Sinclair Conference Center.

To request Multimedia Event Support, submit a request in the Service Catalog:
- Go to selfservice.sinclair.edu
- Select Service Catalog
- Search for “Multimedia Event Support” and complete the form
