Help Desk Incident Priorities

 

 

 
  • 6am to Midnight, Monday - Sunday (except during Holidays see: Help Desk Holiday Closed Schedule)
  • Desktop technicians are available when campus is open during Fall and Spring terms M-Th 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00-4:00.
  • Please be aware that no desktop techs are available on Sundays year-round or on Saturdays during Summer term.
