  • Service Request - Need help resolving a problem or have a request, use our online request form.
  • Email - (Use your Sinclair email if possible so Help Desk can find you in the database.)

Do not use Service Request form or Email in an emergency.

Help Desk Incident Priorities



  • 6am to Midnight, Monday - Sunday (except during Holiday hours)
  • The Help Desk will monitor calls and emails when closed on Holidays, responding to website and server problems daily. All other requests for support will be handled upon our return.
